Last week in Las Vegas at the Project Trade show, Swizz Beatz and Reebok announced that they would be bringing back two of the most sought after signature sneaker models, the Shaqnosis & Shaq Attaq, worn by big man Shaquille O’Neal in the early 90′s. After the succes of other retro releases such as the Allen Iverson “Questions”, and Shawn Kemp “Kamakaze’s”, Swizz decided it was time for big Shaq to get his run at the retro game.

Swizz Beatz was the next artist to stop by “The World’s Most Dangerous Morning Show,” The Breakfast Club. In this interview, Swizz discusses celebrating his new year in Arizona then in Canada and the current state of “New York” rap. He then jumps into his upcoming VH1 sponsored “Save The Music Foundation” which he works in schools across the city to give back and keep music alive in schools for the children. He also speaks on Tyga joining the Reebok family and actually wearing the kicks in his spare time not only being for show.

Swizz Beatz the monster was the next artist to visit DJ Whoo Kid’s hilarious Whoolywood Shuffle radio show on Sirius Shade 45. Whoo Kid discussed Swizzy always staying up to date on fashion, music and even art which Whoo Kid jokes he’s a “R.N.” Swizz touched on being notorious for killing speakers literally with people complaining during sessions with their ears hurting with even companies wanting him to test out their equipment to make sure it’s up to par with quality.
They then jump into speaking on the Ruff Ryders reunion as Swizz questions whether people really want to see it go down. He touches on the comparison to the sneaker game saying it can work with brining Allen Iverson and Shaq but not sure about the same happening in music with the acceptance from the masses. They close out with speaking on future collaborations with some major artist.
