Like most of them livewire’s in the streets (see the O-Dog pictured above); you think about the consequences and repercussions after you put in work, with the motto “Fuck What Happens Tonight.” Cocaine Montana is nearing the release of his major label debut studio album “Excuse My French” two weeks from now, as here we get the release of his latest drop. In the track above for “Fuck What Happens Tonight,” we see an all-star cast of DJ Khaled, Mavado, Ace Hood, Snoop & Face Mob. Stay tuned for that French album to hit stores and iTunes on May 21st.
With Tha Dogg Pound staying active, it’s no surprise we get Kurupt Young Gotti’s first project in nearly 2 years with the DJ Nik Bean hosted mixtape, “Money, Bitches, Power.” The mixtape has features from Snoop Dogg, Daz Dillinger, Too Shor E-40, Ty $, Crooked I, Showoff, Joe Moses, Louiie B, Gorilla Zoe, Masta Killa, Trensetta, EB3, Joe Moses, RBX, The Rejects, L1z and Yung JR. Snoop Dogg and Big K.R.I.T. were the latest artists to drop by MTVs “Rap Fix Live” to drop a freestyle today. Both MCs did the damn thing on the set dropping some dope bars and lines. How sick would a collaboration from these too be in the future?
Check out the video after the jump.
With his twelfth studio album and documentary film, “Reincarnated” officially in stores worldwide and iTunes, Snoop Lion stopped by the Huff Post to discuss his transformation.
Snoop went on to breakdown stating “Snoop Dogg” is the street rapper and gangster which “Snoop Lion” is the matured version having a different look to speak on certain issue he couldn’t in the past being a part of the problem now being in the solution.
Knowing he has one of the biggest following and is a role model to the youth, Snoop’s had a positive reception for his singles “No Guns Allowed” with Drake and the Miley Cyrus featured “Ashtrays & Heartbreaks.” Before the interview concludes we see a preview for the documentary and a freestyle with Snoop spreading his new positivity vibes.

It’s no secret how much we appreciate music from the Tha Dogg Pound, but LBC staple releases their 2nd major release of the year, which gives us hope their long-awaited “Dillinger & Young Gotti III” album will see light this year.
After giving us “L.A. Here’s 2 U,” the DPG’s serves up their second single release with Big Snoop Dogg for “U Don’t Know Me Like That.” The DGPC’z are onto something here with production from The League of Stars (known for producing countless hits for Problem); as we’re hoping the two sides have more future collaborations in the works.
Edited for now but hit that jump for a download of the track.

If the official remix that featured YG, Kendrick Lamar & Chris Brown wasn’t enough for you, Young Jeezy releases the G-Mix for his 2013 club anthem “R.I.P.”. This time around Jizzle scoops up California legends Snoop Dogg, Too $hort & E-40 to keep the buzz swirling around the track, after four consecutive months of receiving proper rotation.

San Francisco-based skate brand, HUF, has been known for their love and appreciation of the greenery. Being real strong advocates and always giving the world fresh Marijuana-inspired pieces and accessories, it was only right that the brand linked up with the biggest smoker of them all, the OG Snoop Lion. It looks like HUF and Snoop are working on something big (were not quite sure what they’re cooking up), but from the looks of this newly released teaser ad, it seems like its gonna be something special.
There’s no direct info on what will be released as of yet from HUF x Snoop Dogg collaboration, but expect an official release 4/20. We will keep you posted.

We’re all the way up inside April 2013 already, and the weeks seem to be going by faster. Once again, rap invaded our Top 10 this week, with a bit of R&B flavor in the mix from the likes of Chris Brown and The-Dream. Interestingly enough, Snoop made his way into our countdown twice, by way of both current names.
Follow us as we give you our Top 10 visuals of the past seven days.

We might have brought you all the way the fuck back with our West Coast music from soundtracks playlist, but there’s plenty more where that came from.
For instance, this Mack 10 single from his Based On A True Story album (no 2 Chainz). You couldn’t turn on L.A. radio back in 1998 without hearing this song, especially following the success of Mack’s “Backyard Boogie.”
This feature for Snoop came at a transitional time for him, having just left Death Row for No Limit Records. At this point, we didn’t know what to expect from him, but this collaboration definitely put on for CA. Unfortunately, this might have been Mack 1-0′s last notable single before completely jumping off the cliff and signing with Cash Money.
There’s nothing like blasting that old Mack 10, though. Right Inglewood?
And my heat goes boom.

This past Saturday legendary No Limit member Mr. Magic and his wife tragically died in a car crash. Today Snoop Dogg releases his new song “Heaven” as a tribute to his late friend. Snoop does a great job on this and reminds us that life is short sometimes.
RIP Mr. Magic.

UK studio Echo Peak announced earlier today, Snoop would be invading your video game screens for its new 505 published new title, “Way of the Dogg.” In this action-styled brawler, we’ll see an incorporation of the Rhythm & Gangsta as you will have to be in synch with Snoop’s music to defeat all enemies.
According to Echo Peak Developer Ciaran Walsh, the game is built around Snoop’s music and love 70’s Kung Fu and Blaxploitation movies. You can look out for the “Way of the Dogg” later this year on Xbox Live Arcade, PlayStation Network as well as Droid and iOS platforms and check after the jump to watch a behind the scenes trailer of the game.

Daz Dillinger and Kurupt Young Gotti connect one time with the big uncle Snoop Doggy Dogg for old times’ sake to give us new material with “L.A. Here’s 2 U.” We’re glad to hear Snoop Dogg back with the DPGC’s in some true west coast shit our comrades out there can “C-Walk” or “B-Hop” to in the right settings in an ode to the city of Los Angeles. You can look out for their upcoming album “Dillinger & Young Gotti III” coming soon.

It was a good week for videos, as we finally get back into the swing of things for the first countdown of February. Like always, we threw some ratchet shit in the mix, but we also held it down for the alternative crowd, sneaking two videos in the mix. Up and comers from the LBC, ATL, NYC and The Bay all made the cut as well — with some of our favorite artists rounding out the rest of the Top 10.

By the year 2000, No Limit Records was on a decline. Artists on the roster were making their way out, Cash Money was steady on the rise, and the Miller brothers could never regroup. “Down For My Niggaz” might be one of the last notable singles from the company, taken from C-Murder’s third studio album Trapped In Crime, and features Snoop Dogg, who marked his short stint with the label at this time.
