It’s no secret how much we appreciate music from the Tha Dogg Pound, but LBC staple releases their 2nd major release of the year, which gives us hope their long-awaited “Dillinger & Young Gotti III” album will see light this year.

After giving us L.A. Here’s 2 U,” the DPG’s serves up their second single release with Big Snoop Dogg for “U Don’t Know Me Like That.” The DGPC’z are onto something here with production from The League of Stars (known for producing countless hits for Problem); as we’re hoping the two sides have more future collaborations in the works.

HUF x Snoop Dogg (Spring/Summer 2013) Preview

San Francisco-based skate brand, HUF, has been known for their love and appreciation of the greenery. Being real strong advocates and always giving the world fresh Marijuana-inspired pieces and accessories, it was only right that the brand linked up with the biggest smoker of them all, the OG Snoop Lion. It looks like HUF and Snoop are working on something big (were not quite sure what they’re cooking up), but from the looks of this newly released teaser ad, it seems like its gonna be something special.

There’s no direct info on what will be released as of yet from HUF x Snoop Dogg collaboration, but expect an official release 4/20. We will keep you posted.

OS Flashback: Mack 10 – Only In California (feat. Ice Cube & Snoop Dogg)

We might have brought you all the way the fuck back with our West Coast music from soundtracks playlist, but there’s plenty more where that came from.

For instance, this Mack 10 single from his Based On A True Story album (no 2 Chainz). You couldn’t turn on L.A. radio back in 1998 without hearing this song, especially following the success of Mack’s “Backyard Boogie.”

This feature for Snoop came at a transitional time for him, having just left Death Row for No Limit Records. At this point, we didn’t know what to expect from him, but this collaboration definitely put on for CA. Unfortunately, this might have been Mack 1-0′s last notable single before completely jumping off the cliff and signing with Cash Money.

There’s nothing like blasting that old Mack 10, though. Right Inglewood?

And my heat goes boom.

OS Flashback: C-Murder – Down For My Niggaz (feat. Snoop Dogg & Magic)

By the year 2000, No Limit Records was on a decline. Artists on the roster were making their way out, Cash Money was steady on the rise, and the Miller brothers could never regroup. “Down For My Niggaz” might be one of the last notable singles from the company, taken from C-Murder’s third studio album Trapped In Crime, and features Snoop Dogg, who marked his short stint with the label at this time.
