Lil Wayne Says “I Can’t Feel My Face” Turned Into “I Am Not A Human Being II”

For those who still might remember that lost collaborative project between Lil Wayne and Juelz Santana (I Can’t Feel My Face), don’t expect that to come out any time soon. Weezy F. Baby tells MTV that the project was a go when he got out of prison, but Juelz legal troubles pushed the album back so far, that Wayne recorded verses on tracks he sent to Santana and now it evolved into I Am Not A Human Being II.

Spotted at Miss Info’s.

Gucci Mane – Cyeah x4 (feat. Chris Brown & Lil Wayne)

cyeah-cyeah-cyeah-cyeah

Never thought we’d see the day where we said Chris Brown had the best verse on a track, but that day has come. April 20, 2012: The day where Breezy ate Gucci Mane and Lil Wayne on their own track. Beat is sick too (word to Polow Da Don), but what in the world is Weezy talking about liking “wolf pussy?” Man, there are not enough trees on earth to process that line.

Gucci Mane’s I’m Up mixtape is due out Memorial Day weekend.

The Most Anticipated Collaborations

Artwork: SH // OnSMASH

There are so many collaborations going on nowadays, it’s hard to keep up with them. Many collabs occur on the low to give fans that element of surprise once they surface, but living in a technological era, some of these announcements make their way to Twitter as fans count down the days until they are released.

Here at OnSMASH, we are anticipating more than a few collaborations ourselves and we hope that if you weren’t aware of some of these, you could be as excited as we are about them. It’s been a great year so far and it’s only going to get better.

If we missed any collabs or if you have picks of your own, please let us know in the comments.

Top 10 Videos Of The Week (April 1, 2012)

It’s the first of the month (no Bone Thugs) and we’re already in April of 2012. Time’s been flying, much like this past week, as we got bombarded with videos. Like we usually do around this time, we extended out Top 5 into a Top 10 with the usual underground rap shit, R&B, ignorance and alternative drops to keep you entertained.

Drake’s Best Lil Wayne Impersonation

After seeing Nicki Minaj do a Weezy F. Baby impersonation, Drake does his best rendition overseas in London with Tim Westwood. This guy was flawless with it.

Top 5 Videos Of The Week (March 4, 2012)

The order could have gone either way this week, because there were a handful of videos that could have made the cut for Top 5. But that just means the notable mentions might be a strong a batch that we’ve seen all year. Like an NBA team with a deep bench.

Let us put you on to some shit you might have looked over the past 7 days.

The REAL Jeremy Lin Pre-Game Playlist

Game Winning 3 Against The Toronto Raptors

The Miami Heat proved to be a bit too much for the New York Knicks last night, as LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and company rolled to their 8th straight win. Jeremy Lin struggled against the Heat’s defense, ultimately leading him to turn the ball over eight times.

Tough loss, but we hope Linsanity isn’t too bummed out.

That’s why we figured we’d help him out a little bit, with our secular version of his music playlist he shared on FUSE. Call it: The official OnSMASH pre-game soundtrack. A playlist full of music with a hint of rap scripture hidden between the verses.

Some new. Some old. All guaranteed to get him hype.

Let us know what you’d pick for a #Linsanity playlist in the comments.
