Karen Civil’s new channel on KarmaloopTV kicked off with an interview with Curren$y’s at his listening event in LA, as Spitta talked about the new album The Stoned Immaculate, his upcoming video with Daz and maybe that How Fly 2 mixtape??? (Tracks have been recorded and are in the stash, so stay tuned).
He also spoke on the process between crafting a mixtape & an album, plus his collab with Lil Wayne (produced by Big K.R.I.T.) for the album. The cat is out the bag!

We’ve been riding with Curren$y since the beginning. Well, his Internet beginnings.
The resurrection of his career started here, on OnSMASH. From then on, we dropped a handful of his mixtapes, witnessed him drop a handful of albums on majors and on the heels of the release of The Stoned Immaculate, we had to look back at Spitta’s run and salute the man for all the work he’s put in all these years.
Video after video. Song after song. Spitta’s got this ‘net shit jumping like 6-4′s. We don’t even have to tell you, he’s already told you himself.

As if giving us a video with Fiend for “Champagne” wasn’t enough for Spitta on his favorite day of the whole year. Now he gives us the second track from his upcoming album The Stoned Immaculate called “Fast Cars, Faster Women” with Daz Dillinger. Listen as Spitta and Daz go in over this dark beat by Daz himself giving you the regular life of a Jet with the cars, women and weed. #JetLife!

Fiend teams up with producers Cookin Soul for a whole project entitled Iron Chef. This is the perfect smoke out music as the Jet Life Recording artist has features from Spitta, Trademark, Tha Dogg Pound and CornerBoy P. Keeping it short and sweet with 7 tracks not including an intro and outro, listen as Fiend cooks up some good stuff over that Cookin Soul production. Track listing and download link after the jump.

Mac Miller and Curren$y link up for what seems to be the first track these two have together with “Cold.” It doesn’t disappoint as Chuck Inglish is behind the beat for this one. Roll one up and get the smoking while listening to this. I wonder what happened to that Spitta and Chuck Inglish Puff Daddy project they were going to drop together? There are so many collaborations going on nowadays, it’s hard to keep up with them. Many collabs occur on the low to give fans that element of surprise once they surface, but living in a technological era, some of these announcements make their way to Twitter as fans count down the days until they are released.
Here at OnSMASH, we are anticipating more than a few collaborations ourselves and we hope that if you weren’t aware of some of these, you could be as excited as we are about them. It’s been a great year so far and it’s only going to get better.
