Earlier, Mack Maine was the next guest on MTV’s Rap Fix Live as he talked about all of the current affairs for the YMCMB umbrella. Upon the conclusion of the episode and his interview with Sway, he brought out one of the artist from the YMCMB camp with Cory Gunz who did an impromptu freestyle for the show in the clip above.

Trips -N- Slim “The Preface” Listening Session
Last week, Trips -N- Slim of Square Off held a private listening session at Stadium Red Studio in Harlem for their new mixtape The Preface. In the footage above they play a couple of tracks from the project, one being their recently released track “Dom P & Cigars,” also the tapes intro by legendary skit narrator Pain in Da Ass, mostly known for his intros and skits on early Roc-A-Fella albums.
During the listening session Cory Gunz stopped by to show his support of the duos project, then moments later Trips, Slim and Cory Gunz are asked to step out to the next door studio room where they are greeted by Just Blaze who said he heard a few of their records as he passed by and liked what he was hearing and proceeded to tell them stories about a mutual acquaintance.
Trips -N- Slim’s The Preface is set to drop December 12th.

P is officially back. After he was released from jail, he got right to work and dropped The Ellsworth Bumpy Johnson EP, then went on to collaborate with anyone and everyone in the game that wanted to jump on a track with him. He even showed love to the new blood in New York (ie. Troy Ave, Boogz Boogetz, etc.)
Now that he’s had some time to live life on the outside and take more time with his craft, Prodigy takes it back to the music with H.N.I.C. 3. Linking up with the likes of Cory Gun, Havoc, Waka Flocka (!!!) Estelle & French Montana, he gets a bulk of production from Havoc, plus nods from J.U.S.T.I.C.E.
