While we still await a new Akon album, he has teamed up with DJ Noodles for this The Koncrete Mixtape project. A lot of the track were previously released as our guess is he’s saving all the newer material for the new album. Features include French Montana, 2 Chainz, Three 6 Mafia, Usher and more. In this preview of the hour long special, Akon reveals his life at home and his past, which includes a prison sentence for stealing cars. Not only that but he speaks on the signing of Lady Gaga and his incident where he threw a fan off the stage at one of his concerts.

Remember Akon? This dude is just relaxing all cooling making money off his artists like Lady Gaga, T-Pain, etc. With Stadium still on the way, we get the new single “Hurt Somebody” featuring his former signee French Montana. Sounds like the street single and he will finally start getting the ball rolling on his next opus and hopefully deliver it by the end of this year.

French Montana, Juicy J & Project Pat – Cocaine Mafia [Mixtape]
French Montana returns with yet another joint mixtape but this time he is joined by Three 6 Mafia’s own Juicy J and Project Pat for that Cocaine Mafia. We can’t knock French for his work ethic at all and it looks like he isn’t showing any signs of slowing down. Features come from Gucci Mane, Akon, DJ Paul and Chinx Drugz.
