B.o.B. stopped by The Breakfast Club to chop it up with the crew once again to set things up for his summer. Bobby Ray talked about his humble beginnings and how he has been able to crossover so well in music, his inspiration to complete his upcoming album Underground Luxury and what people can expect from the album, him branching out and possibly doing movies, and much more. Bas returns with the second installment of his Quarter Water Raised Me mixtape series made sure it stands out from anything else right now. The Dreamville member has seen the world and this mixtape sounds the exact same. With features from J. Cole, Hemdi, Kquick and production from Calvin Harris, J. Cole, Clams Casino, Christian Rich and more, Bas releases a project that we can see sticking around for awhile with plenty of standout tracks as well as a few you’ve gotta listen a little closely to. Joey Bada$$ is showing no signs of slowing down in 2013 and while he works on B4.DA.A$$, Joey has plans for more. June 12th, The Pro Era member plans on dropping his Summer Knights EP, just in time to warm things up a bit. No other information has been revealed but we can assume Joey has something good planned.

French Montana continues his sit down with Combat Jack & Co. as he is hot on the promo trail for his debut, Excuse My French. French talks about how his first deal with Akon came about, his conversations with Kanye and his “weird” ways, his time spent with Ross and the loyalty he has with him, and finally finding a home with Diddy and Bad Boy. With Excuse My French finally in-stores, French Montana stopped by The Breakfast Club to celebrate the album release and take a few shots in the studio. Among some of the topics they spoke on were, all the features on the album and his relationship with Max B now, pushing through the doubts and putting a record by himself with no features, how it feels to get love down South and on the West Coast and more.

DJ Scream makes his return this year with The Ratchet Superior EP on May 31st, just so he can also drop Long Live The Hustle afterwards. Grabbing Juicy J, Project Pat, and Migos for the first leak from The Ratchet Superior EP things look to be shaping up just as the EP is titled. With more to come within the year, expect more to come from Scream and his associates.

French Montana was the latest guest to pop up on The Combat Jack show and had quite a bit to talk about. After the jump, French talks about his days of coming up on the street DVD’s and what inspired him to really take rapping serious, some of the lessons Max B taught him and how he learned music industry strategies from drug kingpins, and he even tells a story about Max B making $60,000 in one weekend and then asking French to loan him $1,000 the following day.
With his upcoming mixtape Born II Sing Vol 3 fresh off the e-streets, Eric Bellinger drops the first offering of what to expect with a remix of his single “ASAP”. Hailing from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Waldo’s 21 years of age doesn’t show on record, rather it sounds like he’s been in the game much longer. With his upcoming Forever Humble project on the way, Waldo drops “Finally” alongside producer Sango to let you know, all it took was patience.
With Euphoria coming soon, Willy J Peso drops the second single from the project “Black Party”. With a beat produced by Kelvin K. Brown, Peso isn’t thinking about death but he lets it be known how he would like to be celebrated by his homies.
