Raekwon is also putting out a mixtape tonight at midnight and for those who have been patiently waiting for Unexpected Victory, Rae releases the Mobb Deep featured, Scram Jones-produced track. Real hip-hop veterans still working just as hard as when they first came into the game.
We heard a snippet of this song in the last trailer T.I. put out for his upcoming mixtape dropping tonight, but for those who couldn’t wait that long, here is the track for your listening pleasure. We really can’t wait to ride around to this. It sounds like it’ll go ham in the whip.
OS REWIND: T.I. Speaks On Working With Dr. Dre
We’re about to be on this Maino “Cream” swag as soon as the new year touches down. The original track featured Lil Wayne, but Maino went back and got T.I. (who has been on a solid run since getting out of jail) and one of the streets hottest up and comers Meek Mill for the remix. What you about?
The Day After Tomorrow is set to hit stores on January 31st.
OS REWIND: DJ Drama – Hand of God (feat. Maino) [Video]

Here’s a new track from Chris Brown’s right hand Kevin McCall called “Minute Made” produced by REO. You know what would be dope? If he got Nicki Minaj on this shit lol. She would fit this and probably rip it to shreds too. Look out for his new project dropping soon and his debut album soon after.
#PhilAdeFriday2 is the latest addition to Phil Ade’s musical catalog alongside his previously released projects A Different World, #PhilAdeFriday Vol. 1, The Letterman hosted by Don Cannon and Starting On JV. Track listing and download link after the jump.
Here’s a new one from Rockie Fresh called “Fly High” produced by Thelonius Martin. This will not appear on the upcoming Driving 88 project as Rockie just wanted to give the fans something to hold them over until his January promo run, when he will release two singles leading up to the project dropping on January 23rd. Until then enjoy this fresh new shit.
It’s that time of year again for Jae Millz and to end the year of right he goes in on some of the hottest beats that dropped this year. Look out for a few projects dropping in the next 70 days according to Millz himself. And the debut album Nothing Is Promised coming this Summer.
OS REWIND: Jae Millz – I Ain’t No Sponsor
Damn can’t believe we missed this one last week. Here is something new from Kardinal Offishall called “The Invention Of Truth” produced by Nottz. In which they are working together on a whole project together A.M.T.R.I.M. (Allow Me To Re-Introduce Myself) which will be available for free. This is just an example of what to expect from them and from this you know its going to be fire.
OS REWIND: Kardinal Offishall – Ol Time Killin Part II (Anywhere) [Music Video]
50 Cent probably gave one of the more honest New Year’s resolutions in the entire video, but Roscoe Dash came in at a close second.
We were chopping it up with a homie about the ’90s the other day, and somehow, the soundtrack to Life In 1472 came up. He remembered how much burn that CD got back in the day and we couldn’t help but to think of the biggest single off that album.
The track also ended up on Hov’s critically acclaimed Hard Knock Life Vol. 2 as a bonus and really helped set off his run back in 1998, generating 2 of his biggest hits at that time in “Can I Get A…” and “Hard Knock Life (Ghetto Anthem).”
Ah, the good ‘ol days.
OS FLASHBACK: The Lox – Money, Power, Respect (feat. Lil Kim & DMX) [Music Video]
Not trying to instigate anything, but after listening to Common’s album The Dreamer, The Believer and Drake’s Take Care back to back last night, we were wondering what you guys would think of a battle that would match up the two on wax.
One one hand, people will always say how Drake can’t spit because he sings too much, but if you take it to the old catalog, you know the boy has bars. Common is a natural born spitter, so we already know he can bring it. It almost seems like “Sweet” was only a shot to see if Drake (or anyone else) would take the bait. Things have kind of fizzled since the day Com and 40 went at it on Twitter after calling Drake out by name last week.
So hypothetically speaking, who do you got in a battle: Common or Drake?
Keeping it street with this hip-hop shit as always, A-Mafia offers his take on Jeru’s “Dirty Rotten Scoundrels”. Shout out to Mafia doing his thing on his independent grind with Deep In The Game Entertainment. Check out his this vlog where he says he signed himself to his own deal. Look for the new mixtape, Under The Scope, to drop next month.
OS REWIND: A-Mafia – Real Live Pro (feat. 2 Chainz) [Music Video]
With Rain still setting up shop to release The Magic Hour 3 in February, we get another new one from him, “Gotta Be Magic” produced by DJ Pain 1. The chemistry between these two are like magic as they make that beautiful music together. The Magic Hour 3 drops on February 7th with production from Nottz, Bink!, of course DJ Pain 1 and more.
OS REWIND: Rain – Kick It Over Here [Music Video]
For his final track of 2011 (been a helluva year for him), Neako drops “1-333-777-2323″ in which he self produced. This also serves as a teaser to his forthcoming project, T.A.T.T. (These Are The Times), which is scheduled to be released the first quarter of 2012, as it is the very definitive of the sound that will be on T.A.T.T. Look out for a short film for this track to be released soon too.
